For property managers and housing co-ops
After noise, the shared laundry room is the most common cause of disputes between neighbours – and the complaints often end up with you. waschfrieden.ch helps prevent disputes in the first place, with clear rules your tenants actually understand.

Pilot phase: the package for property managers
We are looking for a few property managers and housing co-ops willing to test the package for free and tell us honestly what helps them.
- Your logo and contact details on the schedule, the rules and the welcome sheet
- The “New in the building” sheet as a ready-made PDF pack for all your buildings, in your tenants' languages
- Online laundry schedule per building with a QR code on the laundry room door – no new machines, no app download
- A personal contact in English, German, French or Italian
Cost
Free during the pilot phase. After that, a transparent annual price per building – on request and with no automatic renewal.
Frequently asked questions
Do we need new machines or an installation?
No. Everything runs in the browser and on paper. The online schedule only needs a printed QR code on the laundry room door.
What about data protection?
The free tools store nothing on our servers – entries stay on the tenant's device. For the online schedule, flat designations are enough; names are not needed.
Is this legal advice?
No. The texts on laundry room disputes are general information with references to the legal basis. The tenancy agreement and house rules always prevail.
Who is behind it?
