Laundry schedule generator

The generator runs entirely in your browser. The names, apartments and times you enter are not sent to us. So that you can continue later, your browser stores your entries locally on your device (“localStorage”). You can delete them at any time by choosing “Start over” or by clearing the site data in your browser. If you use “Copy link”, your entries are contained in the link itself – only share it with people who may see the schedule.

No cookies, no tracking

This website uses no cookies and no advertising trackers. For anonymous visitor statistics we may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and creates no user profiles.

Hosting

The website is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). When you visit, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as IP address, time and page visited in order to deliver the website and protect it from attacks. Data may be transferred to the USA. Cloudflare is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Other tools (notes, laundry room rules, letter, log, timer)

These tools also run entirely in your browser. Entries – such as sender, addresses or log entries – are stored only locally on your device and are not sent to us. When you share via Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram, Threema, SMS or email, the text is handed directly to the app you choose; that app's privacy policy applies. The timer only shows notifications if you allow this in your browser.

Translation of your own texts

Only if you explicitly choose “Translate” in the notes generator is the text you wrote sent to DeepL SE (Cologne, Germany) for translation, and the result returned to your browser. We do not store these texts. Please do not include sensitive personal data in such texts.

Waitlist and enquiries from property managers

If you join the waitlist or send us an enquiry as a property management company, we store your details (email address and, for enquiries, also company, name, number of properties and message) in a data store operated by Cloudflare, Inc. We use them solely to inform you about the launch of the online laundry schedule or to reply to your enquiry, and delete them at any time on request. They are not passed on to third parties.

Your rights

You may at any time request information about your data and its correction or deletion by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
